After any project (or upon request), all documentation is yours to use how, and to share with whom you want. No strings attached.

 

We only bill for time working. We are not going to charge you for watching a file copy for an hour.

 

We promise to explain what we are doing so that you can understand every step of the process.

 

There will be no surprises in billing. There will be no hidden fees. All costs will be explained and documented up-front.

 

We are more than happy to fill out any NDA’s or Business Associate Agreements, allowing us to also be HIPAA compliant.

 

 

Services:

 

Personal one-on-one helpdesk or tutoring.

Done via Zoom or GoTo Remote. Perfect for those individuals learning Windows or simply trying to work through a frustrating problem.

 

Server and Network support

This service provides monthly support of server functions, Microsoft upgrades, and 24/7 monitoring. 3^rd party software updates and installation may be provided for upon agreement. If there is no documentation, we will need to complete an IT Documentation plan (see below).

 

Disaster Recovery plan:

The Disaster Recovery plan is what will keep your information safe in case of a catastrophic incident:

Hurricanes, long-term power outages, fire, living in Houston.

Depending on your business type, it may be possible for you to remain “open” to some extent.

We will help you establish a proper plan so that if things go awry, if possible, you are prepared to continue at another location.

 

Project Management

From simple server upgrades and installation, to coordinating data migrations or new product implementation, we help manage your project to completion.

 

IT Documentation

Complete documentation of your network.

We create full documentation of your equipment and network. Letting you know exactly where you are in terms of your IT infrastructure. All information will be provided to you at the end of the project so you can hire us for further work, or other providers can quickly get up to speed. Any issues we see, or suggestions, will be included in the documentation.

 

IT Business Consulting / Planning / Virtual CIO

We provide services with experienced consultants for small to mid-sized businesses. All documentation will be provided at each step. If you wish not to continue with our services, the next agency will have the documentation needed to hit the ground ready to go. If you wish to implement any of our ideas we will work with you, but using our documentation will empower you to go with any consulting group you choose. No questions asked and no pressure.
