Tobin served as the IT Director at AtComedia and International Exhibitions while I was president of the companies and he was instrumental to the success of the companies during my tenure for a variety of reasons.

1) Tobin singularly identified, implemented, and managed the technologies and systems the company relied on to operate,

2) Tobin was always seeking out new ways to implement efficiencies in our systems and processes which would increase productivity, eliminate down time, and reduce cost,

3) Tobin was eager and effective collaborating with the management team and leadership groups during the product development cycle and offer insights into the subsequent impact on our infrastructure and resources,

4) Tobin took it upon himself to know and learn our business so he could effectively recommend and initiate infrastructure changes and upgrades,

5) Tobin was always conscientious and eager to help internal customers with any IT support related issue,

6) In my tenure at AtComedia, I never encountered and IT issue that Tobin couldn’t quickly resolve.

Tobin was a huge asset to me and the company during my tenure at AtComedia and would welcome the chance to work with him again.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Tobin for nearly 3 years at AtCoMedia. Being the head of our technology department, Tobin managed to support all of the organizations IT needs from software, hardware, general support, etc. In addition to AtCoMedia he also supported all of International Exhibitions technology needs.

What I have learned over the years is that this position is a thankless job. People expect everything to work and are the first to complain at IT when it breaks. Interestingly, rarely did we have any issues with technology at our organization because Tobin worked day and night to manage our systems. Even if he was out sick or on vacation, he ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. He was the ONLY one in the company to support these issues. Furthermore, I have never worked with an individual in a support position who was as quick to respond to an issue. When Tobin is made aware of an issue, he manages it immediately. Even to just email or call you notifying you of the expected time he would address the problem. I was immensely thankful to work with such a solid individual and would refer him or work with him at any point again.

Tobin has been my business tech support since 2018. I could not operate my successful psychotherapy office in two different states without Tobin's technological know-how and patience with baby boomers like me whose brains really just don't "get" the digital world.
